West Coast Ale a ruby red Californian style lager with a rich biscuit aroma. The palate is initially dominated by roasted malts followed by a well-balanced hop character.
Food Pairing: Stews, curries & red meat dishes.
East Coast Ale is a Golden ale with a crisp palate, good citrus and bitter hop bite. Creaminess texture off-set by hints of litchi.
Food Pairing: Chicken and Fish Dishes.
Hammer of Thor, a hard hitting Old Pale Ale strong hop presence with a familiar citrus, marmalade flavours.
Food Pairing: A perfect after dinner beer.
Miami Weiss, a refreshing caramel coloured beer with citrus palate, spicy aroma and modest hop presence. Serve it “Kristal” or swirl in the flavoursome yeast.
Food Pairing: Strong spicy dishes of any nature.
Durban Pale Ale, a strong pale ale inspired by the beers that used to arrive in South Africa on sailing ships destined for India 150 years ago. The initial sweetness and toffee character is soon swept away along by a tide of tangy hops and gentle fruitiness.
